Open Source Technology Consortium

Brazilian Open Innovation Project

Cooperative Operating Model

The objective of the EMBRIA TECHNOLOGICAL CONSORTIUM PROJECT is to create a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), formed by researchers, software engineers, technology professionals, universities and companies, with the objective of producing intellectual property and offering an OPEN SOURCE TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM to help Brazilian citizens and organizations.

HELP CITIZENS

With Smart Citizen solutions for universal access to government and financial services

HELPING COMPANIES

With Business Management and Intelligent Automation solutions for Brazilian companies and industries

HELP GOVERNMENTS

With Digital Transformation and Smart Cities solutions for operations and governance automation

Why now?

PERSISTENT PROBLEMS

The current model creates a lot of insecurity for the client to hire a software house

BOX SOFTWARE

Contract and manage multiple applications, based on different languages and technologies, which require integrations, evolutionary support and constant maintenance

H/H SERVICE MODEL

Transfer of risks to the client, who needs to bear the costs of consulting, implementation, training, integrations, customizations, etc.

NEED FOR PROGRAMMERS

Difficulties inherent in managing scarce and often poorly qualified technical professionals

Why now?

SAME RISKS

The enterprise software market is stagnant...

The customer needs to choose between 3 problems :

LEGACY SYSTEMS

Proprietary ERPs and BPMs from traditional manufacturers, with outdated architecture and high costs (e.g. Totvs, SAP)

CLOUD APPLICATIONS

Cloud applications that do not support more complex operations, customizations, specific integrations (e.g. Omie, ContaAzul)

OUTSOURCE PROGRAMMING

Outsourcing programming, which is very expensive and unpredictable (e.g. Stefanini, BQR)

Super APP

Innovation

The "Violin Platform Project" is at TRL-7 maturity level, with advanced implementations of component architecture and program generation, in addition to several developed applications that were implemented in medium-sized clients, and which prove their technical, operational and commercial viability.

We are currently in the investment raising phase to continue the development of the project, aiming to reach TRL-9 maturity level, in order to consolidate a 100% Brazilian Open Source Intelligent Automation Framework to scale digital transformation solutions in the Brazilian and international market.
